GROUND FLOOR:
The large living room has a wood-burning fireplace and superb views of the lake and mountains. The dining room has a large table seating 6. Modern kitchen with large counter. Patio doors lead to the large terrace. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a window. The bathroom on the ground floor has a large
shower.

BASEMENT:
You will find 2 good-sized bedrooms (one with a bunk bed for children) as well as a bathroom with a separate glass shower and bath . This chalet sleeps 6 with the 3 bedrooms and a comfortable sofa in the basement for a 7th person.

OUTDOOR:
-2 pairs of adult snowshoes and 1 pair of children’s snowshoes provided.

-Dogs must be approved by the owner.
-References/proof of employment must be provided within 3 days of acceptance of the promise to lease, to the full satisfaction of the landlord.
-The tenant is responsible for the payment of all costs associated with the loss of keys.

The landlord asks to receive a pre-rental credit check to his full satisfaction and paid for by the tenant
potential.
-The landlord is asking for $3,000 (half the rent) to be paid on signing the lease. If the tenant decides to
to cancel the lease, the owner will keep this amount as compensation.
-The lease will be signed no later than 5 days after the LP conditions have been met.
-The premises must be returned in the same state of repair as when they were rented.
