• There’s still a huge imbalance between supply and demand at the moment, which works in the sellers’ favor. There’s certainly a shortage of supply, but there are plenty of buyers out there and there are still plenty of outbids… Your home will also stand out more easily!
• A potential rise in interest rates in 2022 is likely to impact demand. Buyers are aware of this possibility, and want to secure their purchase before it happens.

• If snow is present, clear and salt driveways and entrances.
