Being a native Montrealer, Geneviève, spent her formative years building a deep connection to this city and it’s boroughs. At an early age, Geneviève’s childhood was heavily influenced by her parents.  Both school teachers, her parents instilled the need for a solid education as a foundation of success.  With this in mind, Geneviève pursued a BAC in Business Administration from UQUAM, specializing in International business, and then continued her education earning a certificate in Public Relations from McGill University.  Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Geneviève then strove to make her mark on society opening a successful casting agency, “Lux”, and operating the business for eight years.  Taking the lessons of hard work, perseverance, and discipline from this enterprise has inspired her to continue to strive for excellence. Now, a proud mother, she successfully juggles her career with her family pursuing to live her best life whilst balancing these two important areas. Finally, Geneviève’s philosophy will remain the same going forward, “Believe in yourself.  Be positive, be strong, and live your best life.”

Geneviève has always had a keen interest in architecture and design, paired with the deep connection to the city and it’s neighborhoods, she has found her love for real estate.  It struck like lightning during a personal transaction, and then in 2010 she launched her career into Montreal Real Estate.  Starting out as an agent under the RE/MAX banner, Geneviève quickly grew her client base, and became one of those prolific agents in the brokerage.  With her entrepreneurial spirit striking again, Geneviève then decided to open her own brokerage, Langevin Immobilier, with her trained team joining her in the pursuit of brokerage greatness!
